How our services can help you

Property Management and Support

Many of our clients do not live in Hakuba full time and we offer several services to assist them manage their properties remotely. As an example property owners that only return for winter or short stays during the year. 


Our low Base Monthly Fee includes bill payment, weekly mail collection and external property inspection with monthly reporting. 


Should they wish owners can then add on additional support including but not limited to, mowing, gardening, car starting, general maintenance and opening up the property to air it out. 


Property Purchase Renovation or Construction

  

We assist our clients by acting as their 'eyes and ears' on the ground when looking at potential properties for purchase, organising building inspections and acting as their agent in the purchase process. We can also source property, including properties not publicly listed on occasion. 

 
 

Having built and renovated properties in Hakuba we have strong relationships with builders in town and can assist with renovations and new constructions including design, overseeing construction, licensing, through to interior design and furniture selection and purchase. 

 
 

In fact we can help you achieve everything you need to have a great private home or short term rental accommodation here in Hakuba.   

Other Support Services

We can provide one on one support such as setting up utilities, commercial accounts for food and beverage, purchasing vehicles, insurance, bank accounts, drivers licenses, engaging accountants, mail translations and much more to help make your life easier here in Hakuba.

Having completed the refitting of the ground floor commercial space which is now Hakuba Gifts and Gallery in 2019, this staged renovation is now focussed on the 3rd floor which will be a 37m2 1LDK apartment and roof deck with great views of Happo and Iwatake. The roof in particular has been challenging but we are working with great contractors to deliver an amazing space. The third phase and final phase of this project, a 2 bedroom apartment will be undertaken in 2021.

Preparatory work commenced in 2020 for the 5th and final apartment at Hakuba Downtown Apartments and this project will be completed in mid 2021. This apartment will have incredible mountain views from Goyru to Cortina and is being fitted out with high end fittings and unique to Hakuba finishes, furniture and art.
